Social TV now being brought by Panasonic in addition to the VIERA television functionality where Facebook and Twitter will be given importance. So we must call it a TV with Social Network Integration may be?! According to Panasonic Vice-President,Merwan Mereby – it is said that this integration is for the better experience of the customers who are suggesting the same to be on their TV.
Panasonic might be competing with Google which is also said to be trying the same kind of integration on their Google TV. Though it might be useful for someone who doesnt have a handset with Twitter or Facebook on it but the question is – who in the world doesn’t run social networking sites on their smartphones ?! Almost everyone does have it now-a-days!
