This achievement was made by the LIRMM that stands for The Laboratory Of Computer Science, Robotics and Microelectronics Of Montpellier along with the mutual help of CNRS. They both have done a great job by generating electric impulses in the Biceps and Forearms and thus moving a human limb.
This humanoid robot’s name is Fujitsu HOAP-3 which has been used for the experimental purpose as shown in the above video where it is capable of moving the human arm. Before the guy drops the ball by opening his hand on the top of tiny hoop of basketball his arm will be moved.
