Easily Create Your Spreadsheets Online With Google Docs :

Google Docs has the basic office applications that everyone need and make use in their daily life. If you have no MS-Office installed on your PC , you need not worry because you can Create your spreadsheets or presentations easily Online Using Google Docs. In this tutorial, you will be given basic idea of using Google Docs Spreadsheets and creating them ! Lets get started and see how it works !

How To Create Spreadsheets Easily Online Using Google Docs :

Step 1 

First thing you need to do is sign in to your Google Docs Account and if you are not having an account you can just sign in with your existing valid Google Account ! So make sure that you login in to the account anyway that is possible !

Step 2

Now on the top-left corner of the Google Docs Account , you will see a “Create new” button. Click on it and you will be getting options like Document, Presentation, Spreadsheet ,Forms etc. As you are intended to create spreadsheets , click on that option.

 

Step 3

Now you will be navigated to another window where you can see the unsaved excel sheet with many rows and columns. So get into action and make or design your spreadsheets the way you want ! If the given rows are not sufficient for you , there is an option below with which you can add more rows to your spreadsheet . You can even add new spreadsheets easily. Just work like you work on the normal spreadsheets as you are given almost every tool you require in the same page on the top of spreadsheet.

Step 4

Once you are done with your work it is important that you save your spreadsheet .  You can either directly click on Save now option that is present in the top-right corner or else you can even go to File option and then Click on Save .

Step 5

Thats it ! Your spreadsheet will be Saved successfully and you can access it whenever you want ! You can even share it to make a collaboration so that your friends or partners can view and edit them from anywhere at a time.
